Conditions
Common concerns, explained plainly.
I cannot diagnose you online. These pages explain what I may consider in an assessment and when a consultation may be useful.

What brings people here — and where to read first.
Depression
More than low mood. Energy, concentration, sleep, motivation, appetite, relationships and a person's sense of future can all be affected.
02Anxiety
Understanding the alarm loop. Worry, panic, avoidance, perfectionism, irritability, body tension, sleep disruption and difficulty making decisions.
03Trauma & PTSD
Safety before speed. Stabilization, pacing, emotional safety, body awareness and careful integration into daily life.
04ADHD & attention
Attention, focus, organization and restlessness — in children, adolescents and adults. Careful assessment comes before any label or medication.
05Other mood disorders
Mood swings, bipolar-spectrum concerns and mood changes linked to health, medication or life transitions.
06Addictions
Alcohol, substances, screens and other patterns that take over — approached without judgment, with the body and the context in mind.
07Childhood & adolescent concerns
Development, school, emotions, behaviour and family life — with parents involved at the right distance.
Do not use either website for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 112 now or go to the nearest emergency department.
In Belgium, call Zelfmoordlijn 1813 in Dutch or the Centre de Prévention du Suicide on 0800 32 123 in French. Both are free, anonymous and available 24/7.
You can call simply because things feel bad and you want someone to talk to.
