Services

Not a menu. A plan built around you.

Care begins with understanding, then builds a plan that may include psychotherapy-informed work, medication, lifestyle stabilization and coordination.

What I offer

Five kinds of work — one continuous plan.

01

Comprehensive evaluation

I clarify symptoms, risk, history, medical contributors, medication history, development, family context, school or work pressures and cultural factors. I use diagnostic assessment when useful and give clear next-step recommendations.

02

Treatment planning

I organize care around you rather than around a label. Treatment may involve psychotherapy-informed care, lifestyle stabilization, sleep and routine work, family or school context — and medication when clinically necessary.

03

Medication, when needed

I consider medication as one part of a broader plan, not the whole plan. Decisions depend on clinical need, history, risk, tolerability and your context.

04

Collaboration

When useful — and with your consent — I may coordinate with psychologists, general practitioners, schools, employers' medical services or other care providers.

05

Spiritual exploration

I make room for spirituality as part of meaning-making. It can emerge from the alchemy of our relationship — with particular attention to presence, and the quality of that presence.

A patient-friendly summary

Four domains of care — held together by the quality of presence.

BiologicalSleep, medication, nutrition, exercise, energy, addiction issues, medical conditions and body rhythms can affect how you feel and function.
PsychologicalPsychoeducation, psychotherapy-informed care, family context, coping patterns, attachment, grief and meaning may be part of the formulation.
Social & culturalSchool, work, expatriate stress, language, culture, community and other care systems can shape both symptoms and recovery.
SpiritualValues, meaning and soul-searching — and how exploring the spiritual dimension can mobilize motivation for change.
